Meet the Founder

I founded ABC Consulting to help school leaders create clearer systems, stronger instruction, and more consistent support for teachers. With more than 25 years of experience in education, I understand how complex school leadership feels and how powerful it is when leaders have clear tools, strong routines, and focused coaching.

Beyond the Work

Based in the Philadelphia area, Amy Blescia Cascarina navigates the busy life of a blended family. Married to a school leader. Family includes three kids: two in college and one busy fourth-grader. For personal balance, enjoyment comes from reading, cooking, and lifting heavy weights at the gym.
