Meet Amy 

I founded ABC Consulting to help school leaders create clearer systems, stronger instruction, and more consistent support for teachers. With more than 25 years of experience in education, I understand how complex school leadership feels and how powerful it is when leaders have clear tools, strong routines, and focused coaching.

Beyond the Work

Based in the Philadelphia area, I share a busy blended-family life with my husband, a fellow school leader, and our three kids. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with family, and lifting heavy weights at the gym.
